शैक्षिक कर्णधार समिति (पूर्व में – राष्ट्रीय शैक्षिक क्रांतिकारी संघ RSKS) राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर पंजीकृत एक गैर सरकारी/गैर लाभकारी संस्था है।
भारत को शत प्रतिशत साक्षर बनाने के उद्देश्य से शैक्षिक कर्णधार समिति देश भर में विभिन्न शिक्षण संस्थानों के माध्यम से अनाथ, दिव्यांग व आर्थिक रूप से कमज़ोर बच्चों को निःशुल्क शिक्षा और शैक्षिक सामग्रियां उपलब्ध कराने का कार्य कर रही है।

संस्था का प्रमुख उद्देश्य प्रत्येक गरीब, अनाथ व दिव्यांग बच्चे को मुफ्त शिक्षा और शैक्षिक सामग्रियां उपलब्ध कराना है, ताकि कोई भी बच्चा आर्थिक समस्या के कारण निरक्षर न रहे।
साथ ही ऐसे बच्चों के लिए निःशुल्क विद्यालय/विश्वविद्यालय/ प्रकाशन गृह/ प्रयोगशालाएं/ पुस्तकालय/ संग्रहालय एवं शारीरिक शिक्षा तथा खेल व योग आदि सहित विभिन्न कौशल विकास के लिए प्रशिक्षण केंद्र स्थापित करना।
ताकि बच्चों का सर्वांगीण विकास होने के साथ साथ वे आजीविका के लिए काम आने वाले महत्वपूर्ण कौशल सीख सकें और स्वावलंबी बनें।
The primary and main objective of the organization is to provide free education and educational equipment to every economically weak, disabled, orphans child who is unable to get education due to financial problems, remain uneducated or are unable to get higher education.
Also, the aim of the institution is to establish free schools/ universities/ coaching institutes free publishing houses, observatories, laboratories,libraries, museums and training centers to acquire skills in the fields of sports, science and technology across the country.
